1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TuneArt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TuneArt is an AI-powered visual studio that allows users to create music-related artwork, including share cards, album covers, event posters, lyric cards, and music videos. The Service uses third-party AI models to generate content.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

4. Credits and Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each generation consumes credits.
• Free accounts receive a limited number of credits
• Credits can be purchased as one-time packs or through a Pro subscription
• Purchased credits do not expire
• All payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for refund requests.

5. Subscriptions

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal
• Upon cancellation, your Pro benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period
• Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next month

6. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of the content you create using TuneArt
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content does not infringe on third-party rights (e.g., album artwork, artist names, song titles)
• TuneArt does not claim ownership of your generated content
• You grant TuneArt a limited license to store and process your content for the purpose of providing the Service

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI generation system
• Use automated tools to bulk-generate content beyond normal usage
• Resell or redistribute the Service itself
• Impersonate other individuals or entities

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by TuneArt is produced by AI models and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors. TuneArt does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content for any specific purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

TuneArt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
