Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TuneArt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TuneArt is an AI-powered creative workspace for making songs and lyrics, creating music-related artwork and motion, and preparing connected release materials. The Service uses third-party AI models to generate content.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

4. Credits and Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each generation consumes credits.
• Free accounts receive a limited number of credits
• Credits are purchased as one-time packs. TuneArt does not sell subscriptions, and nothing on your account renews or bills again
• Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Refunds, disputes, expired purchased credits, or billing-cycle cleanup may reduce the spendable balance shown on your account until prior usage is fully recovered
• All payments are processed by Waffo (credit packs and plans), Dodo Payments (Pix and UPI) or, for earlier plans, Creem, as Merchant of Record
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of the content you create using TuneArt
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content does not infringe on third-party rights (e.g., album artwork, artist names, song titles)
• TuneArt does not claim ownership of your generated content
• You grant TuneArt a limited license to store and process your content for the purpose of providing the Service

6. Songs, Photos and Likeness

• Upload or link only songs you have the right to use. You are responsible for the audio you bring, including songs you import from a link.
• Features that make a face sing or move (such as singing photos and trend templates) may only use a photo of yourself, and you confirm this each time. The one exception is a duet, where a second photo sings in turns with the first: you may use a photo of another person only if you have their permission. Never upload photos of celebrities or other public figures, or of anyone under 18.
• Do not use the Service to impersonate anyone, to make a video that others could take for a real recording of someone, or to harass, mislead or embarrass a person.
• We check uploaded photos automatically and may refuse one. A video refused this way is not charged.
• Your photos are stored in your private account storage and used only to make your videos.
• To report a video that uses your likeness or your work without permission, see our copyright and likeness policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Generate NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, or nudity-containing content using the AI generation features
• Create content depicting minors in any inappropriate, suggestive, or exploitative context
• Generate violent, hateful, or discriminatory imagery targeting individuals or groups
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI generation system
• Use automated tools to bulk-generate content beyond normal usage
• Resell or redistribute the Service itself
• Impersonate other individuals or entities

TuneArt checks uploaded photos and generated content to detect and prevent prohibited content. Violations of these policies may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by TuneArt is produced by AI models and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors. TuneArt does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content for any specific purpose.

TuneArt is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the providers of the underlying AI models, including but not limited to Google (Gemini, Veo), Kuaishou (Kling), ByteDance (Seedance), or MiniMax (Hailuo). All third-party names, trademarks, and service marks are the property of their respective owners. TuneArt provides a custom interface for these models and does not claim any affiliation with their creators.

9. Limitation of Liability

TuneArt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 1 month preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
