Refund Policy

1. Overview
TuneArt is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines how we handle refund requests for credit purchases and subscription payments. All payments are processed by Creem as our Merchant of Record.
2. Credit Pack Refunds
- You may request a full refund for a credit pack purchase within 7 days of the purchase date, provided none of the credits have been used.
- Once any credits from a pack have been used, the purchase is non-refundable.
- Refund requests made after 7 days are not eligible.
3. Subscription Cancellations
- You can cancel your Creator or Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal.
- Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits (including monthly credit refresh) remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing period after cancellation.
- Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. We encourage you to try the Free plan before subscribing.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Credits that have already been consumed for AI generation are non-refundable, as the underlying compute costs are incurred at the time of generation.
- Free credits included with account creation are not eligible for refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at ganangou@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Creem and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension pending investigation.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
