• Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider Creem. We do not store your credit card details.
• Generated content: images and videos you create using our AI tools

• To provide and maintain the TuneArt service
• To process payments and manage your account credits
• To improve our AI generation quality and user experience
• To send transactional emails (login verification, payment receipts)
• To detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized use

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Generated images and videos are stored in secure cloud storage.

We use the following third-party services:

• Google AI (Gemini) — for image and video generation
• Spotify API — for music search and metadata
• Supabase — for authentication and data storage
• Creem — for payment processing (as Merchant of Record)
• Vercel — for hosting and deployment

• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your generated content
